Ramiro
Contreras. He is wanted
for a capital murder that occurred in
Cleveland, Tuesday morning September
23, 2008.
His last know locations in Cleveland
have been inspected by law enforcement
authorities and he has family members
in and around the Cleveland area.
At this time he is a fugitive and
he should be considered armed and
dangerous.
We have exhausted our current leads
that have been presented to us; we
need a specific effort to help apprehend
this suspect.
