Location: Nacogdoches, Texas, Hatchery
Shift hours: 6 PM – 6 AM; hours may vary
Pay Rate: Based on load mileage program
Requirements: Must have a valid driver’s license; must have a valid Class A CDL; requires at least two years verifiable driving experience; transports feed from feed delivery to areea Tyson farms; complete appropriate paperwork; maintain cleanliness of truck and equipment; follow all company welfare procedures; farm biosecurity must be maintained; must be able to sit for long periods of time; must be able to work in all weather conditions; must be available to work weekends when necessary

Location: Center, Texas Processing Plant
Shift hours: Hours vary according to work schedule
Pay Rate: Will be discussed at time of interview
Requirements: Provides all electrical service to the entire plant

Job Synopsis: Oversees all electrical installations performed by contractors. Routes power to new equipment and will verify proper lockout, tag-out procedures. Also troubleshoots electrical issues with equipment or power.

Must be able to read and write English, and do basic math to keep records; Must be able to work overtime and weekends as needed; Must have a minimal of 1 year experience in one of the following fields: electrical maintenance. (references required); Must have a minimal of six months experience with three phase 480 volt, three phase 240 volt, PLC’s, servo motor controls and be able to read electrical schematics; Must be able to climb overhead structures as job requires; Must pass testing program within six months of hire date; Must have a positive attitude, willing to work with other team oriented people.

Chicken Catcher
Location: Center, Texas Growout Office
Shift hours: Three shifts; discussed at time of hire

Requirements: Catchers are transported to area grower farms where chickens are caught for production; catchers must catch four birds per hand and follow Animal Welfare policy; there are five to six team members per catch crew; attendance bonus added to check per week; medical insurance with prescription drug plan, 401K, stock purchase, and credit union available after completion of probationary period
