Nurse LVN
This position is responsible for providing primary and emergency care for occupational and non-occupational injuries and illnesses, dispensing over the counter and prescription medications as ordered, assisting with required health assessments for specified programs. Other duties include conducting required screening tests such as drug and alcohol testing, spirometry testing or audiometric testing, maintaining OSHA, State and team member health records, and participating in plant safety and ergonomic programs. Other responsibilities include assisting with team member health promotion, education and training programs, and identifying workers' compensation cases, assisting with maintenance and documentation of workers' compensation files and performing other duties as the need arises. QUALIFICATIONS: Education: Minimum academic preparation includes completion of licensed practical/vocational accredited school of nursing program and current license to practice as a license practical/vocational nurse in state of employment. Experience: 1 plus years experience in the performance of nursing skills relative to Occupational Health Nursing, preferred. Current CPR/First Aid instructor certification, preferred. Communication, problem-solving and organizational skills desired. Computer Skills: Standard computer skills including generating simple letters, spreadsheets or creating simple queries. May require knowledge of the Tyson Business Computer System. Difficulty Of Duties: Work activities are variable and require judgment to complete tasks such as setting priorities, evaluating results and coordinating with others. Assignments are defined and the approach to be taken is usually determined in coordination with others.

| Wastewater Operator
This position may be required to perform a variety of duties including, but not limited to, operation of wastewater analysis laboratory, operation and maintenance of wastewater collection system, operation and maintenance of wastewater pre-treatment system, operation and maintenance of wastewater full treatment system or operation and maintenance of any other type of water or wastewater treatment system.
Activities may include, but are not limited to: collecting samples for analysis in accordance with EPA, state and/or health departments regulations, performing a variety of chemical analysis (both in and out of a laboratory setting), making system adjustments based on interpretation of results from chemical analysis, making educated decisions on maintaining regulatory compliance, performing mathematical calculations utilizing basic algebraic formulas and a calculator, completing computerized reports, compiling information and correctly completing monthly reports as required by permits, state authority, EPA or corporate management, utilization of basic organizational skills, basic mechanical skills, basic electrical wiring skills, proper communication of current operational status to upper management, maintaining operations logs, performing minor to major maintenance on equipment, operation of a spotter tuck and/or a fork lift, physically lifting of heavy objects (50-75 pounds), climbing and/or descending stairs or ladders, grounds keeping, painting, general house keeping, working in unsanitary conditions, working with hazardous chemicals, obtaining/maintaining HAZ-MAT training.
Qualifications:
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent Experience: 1 + years Wastewater experience (preferred)
- Computer Skills: Basic computer skills with knowledge in Word and Excel
- Communication Skills: Good interpersonal and communication skills are critical
- Certification: Must successfully complete a storm water training program selected by site management within thirty days. Candidates must also successfully complete "Industrial Waste Treatment, Volume I" and "Industrial Waste Treatment, Volume II" correspondence courses through California State University Sacramento within twelve months, and must obtain lowest grade certification program within twelve months or in accordance with State regulations

- Other Requirements: Successful candidate must have a valid drivers license, and will be required to obtain higher levels of certification and training up to Level A at this facility. Any team member who fails to meet and maintain the minimum qualification levels as required by State regulations will be disqualified as MS-WWTO and offered the opportunity to bid out, be reassigned or terminated.
